Made in England, Alupanel is the 21st century solution for creating beautiful & cost effective Aluminium composite panel projects for Sign, Display, Print and Corporate ID. It is an extra rigid material which although has outstanding flatness properties, can still be fabricated into shapes and profiles when required.
It is built around a 100% Recycled LDPE thermoplastic core, which is bonded between two sheets of (0.30 mm) aluminium and is available in panels in 2-6mm thickness (adjust for you offer).
The outward facing sheet is coated with a high Gloss finish Polyester (PE) paint, a robust coating which is highly resistant and the reverse side is covered with a matt finish PE paint of the same colour, providing a panel with 2 different finishes.
Alupanel is fire rated to EN13501 Class C-s2,d0 and is not intended as an architectural facade/rainscreen product but rather for all of your Sign, Display, Print and Corporate ID projects.
